Registration Options

Foursome — $1,000
Includes four entries with lunch, dinner and mulligans! (Can provide care for a child in Haiti for 5 months.)

Title Sponsor — $5,000
Includes 2 foursomes and event signage. (Can provide clothing and shoes for 40 children for one year.)

Course Sponsor — $2,500
Includes 1 foursome and event signage. (Can help equip the medical center lab.)

Hole Sponsor — $500
Signage at a designated hole. (Can provide transportation for a family for 2 months.)

All Sponsorships will receive social media recognition.
